In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional painting services for both residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the aesthetic appeal and quality of our work. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, priming and shaping as needed. Apply paint and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix colors and match paint samples to achieve desired results. Read and interpret diagrams, sketches and blueprints to determine specifications, required materials and time-frames for projects. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with customer or employer specifications. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Requirements Proven experience as a Metal Finisher / Painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Solid understanding of paint color and application techniques. Ability to read blueprints, technical and shop drawings accurately. Familiarity with commercial painting practices is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
