Pay range is $25-$30 depending on Experience 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday with overtime possible on Friday.

Lead Cabinet Finisher Responsibilities:

Direct and execute day-to-day finishing operations including scheduling and quality control Operate hand-spraying booths and Makor systems, apply stains, and ensure quality standards Train team members on spraying techniques, Makor system use, and quality control standards- Color match stain samples and manage work orders Perform routine maintenance and repair of department machinery and equipment Operate required software including

Asana, Excel, Google Products, and QuickBooks Time Lead Cabinet Finisher Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in finishing, manufacturing, distribution, or assembly operations Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience can substitute for educational requirement (Preferred) Operate required software including Asana, Excel, Google Products, and QuickBooks Time Project management skills and previous experience in overseeing a manufacturing-type operation (Preferred) Commercial Employees is a veteran-led staffing firm with 7 Pittsburgh offices and 2 in Charleston.
