In a globally growing healthcare market, we are looking for a full-time 1st Shift Electropolishing Operator to strengthen our team in Memphis, TN. The Electropolishing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining electropolishing equipment to improve the surface finish of metal parts. This position ensures that parts meet stringent industry standards for cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and surface quality adhering to FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate electropolishing machines to process medical device components according to validated procedures Prepare metal parts for electropolishing by cleaning and handling them properly to avoid contamination Monitor and control parameters such as voltage, temperature, and time during the electropolishing process Inspect finished parts for surface quality, smoothness and defect-free appearance Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch numbers, process conditions, and inspection results in compliance with quality management systems (e.g.

GMP, ISO, FDA

) Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of electropolishing equipment to ensure optimal operation Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Troubleshoot process issues and report equipment malfunctions or production delays Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet production deadlines and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines Other duties as assigned

Skills :

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery Knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols Attention to detail with strong visual inspection skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift 25 – 50 lbs Microsoft Office experience a plus

Education & Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in electropolishing or surface finishing preferred Experience with medical devices and manufacturing
