Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled
- FiberglassSprayer / Acrylic Coater
- to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves constructing and spraying fiberglass or acrylic hot tubs as part of the production process.###

Key Responsibilities:
- Build hot tubs using molds, frames, and hand tools
- Spray fiberglass or acrylic coatings evenly and accurately
- Mix resins and hardeners to proper ratios
- Sand, trim, and finish tubs to meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Inspect finished work for defects or inconsistencies###

Requirements:
- Prior experience with fiberglass or gel coat sprayingAbility to read and interpret blueprints or production specsComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentFamiliarity with basic tools and safety protocolPhysical ability to stand, bend, lift, and wear PPE###
