Spray Tech/Horticulture Specialist 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Birmingham, AL 35209 Richter Landscape has a position available in the Landscape Maintenance Division. We are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking individual to assist our Maintenance Director implement our Landscape Management Program. This includes turf fertilization applications, pre and post emergence applications, weed control and integrated pest management (IPM). Knowledge in this field is preferred, however, training will be provide and encouraged. We need someone who can work on their own or with a team. Good communication skills are a must. This job includes heavy lifting and working outside. This job also includes being able to assist maintenance teams in pruning and other related landscape maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum experience of (2) years as a Spray Technician as well as a deep understanding of most chemicals to use.
• You must have reliable transportation to get to work and a valid drivers license.
• Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other areas of our facilities
• Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform physical work outdoors, especially during hot and cold weather conditions
