Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct interior and exterior inspections to identify conditions conducive to termites. Provide termite treatment for both pre and post construction. The use of a variety of hand tools Calculating basic mathematic equations Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers. Use of handheld computerized equipment to manage service calls and documents Provide customers with general information about our various services. Providing sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with the current Pricing Matrix. Meet monthly sales goals. Completing all service agreements, inspections, and documentation in accordance with Turner standards Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Local travel required within local territory or state. Qualifications and Education Requirements Enjoy working outdoors in varied weather conditions. Proven sales experience preferred. Enjoy communicating and engaging with customers. Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold. Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards. Ability to work independently, manage route-based work, and provide exceptional customer service.
