Tampa FL Hours:
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (FLEXIBLE with hours)
Pay Rate:
$18 – $20 Must have a reliable personal vehicle available each work day for transportation to the accounts. Must undergo a thorough background check before starting work. Vehicle liability insurance and a valid driver’s license are to be in place at all times. Mileage compensation will be provided. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
– The Interior Horticultural Service Technician is responsible for maintaining clients’ accounts (weekly route) assigned to their care. – On a structured schedule and within an allotted time frame, the technician maintains exterior foliage plants (mainly in various office settings, hotels and large corporations) by using accepted horticultural techniques (trained) Watering and fertilizing all plants as necessary. Keeping all plants cleaned, trimmed and oriented to proper light. Removing any damaged or unsightly foliage. Make deliveries of new installation work orders and or replacement work orders. Essential Functions of the Job – Must be able to lift 10 lb. water buckets and/or load and unload 40-50 lb. water machines throughout the day. – Must be able to climb ladders and have good dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to use scissors, pruners, hand saws, hoses and other small tools. – Must be able to professionally communicate with clients and have a neat and clean appearance.
This work requires good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and the ability to work a 10 hour day
