QUALITY ASSURANCE TECH

on NIGHTS for manufacturing beverage industry $18.00/hr starting pay rate PLUS 1.00/hr shift differential on nights This is a full-time position that works a 12 hour rotating shift. However, schedule subject to change based on staffing needs.

in PERSON (we do not have application on Indeed) Silver Springs Bottled Water Co., 2445 NW 42nd Street, Ocala, FL 34475 The QA Tech is responsible for obtaining samples, performing testing and log results of daily/weekly/monthly quality control testing and documentation. Quality control testing includes microbiological testing and any additional requested product analysis. Reporting any out of specification results to quality and production management. Monitoring and testing all raw materials and finished product for Quality Control. Inspect and file daily reports. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tech with Quality Control experience in the beverage or food industry. Specialized knowledge of NSF and IBWA standards preferred.

Warehouse / Production

experience is a plus. Associates Science AS degree or Bachelors preferred. Must have completed college chemistry & food science coursework. Physical Requirements include by are not limited to: Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, transport up to 70 pounds. Standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, twisting. Able to work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment, temperatures can reach up to 110 degrees. Employer conducts drug screen, physical and background screening. Must have valid driver’s license. Comprehensive pay and benefit package offered.
