Food Quality Technician Chase Staffing formerly Chase Professionals 1047 Highway 34 E, Newnan, GA 30265 Newnan juice manufacturer seeks Quality Control Technician ~ hours 6am
- 2:30pm M-F some weekends Must have experience in FOOD quality at the manufacturers level.
computer skills a must, prefer associates or BS in science related field. @20 hour Product testing at all stages of Processing and Packaging Lab equipment operations, maintenance and calibration. Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods Holds/Releases for shipments. Plant/Process/Equipment Sanitation Monitoring/Notification. Sanitation CIP being done and documented according to schedule with notifications of deviations. Monitor scheduled titrations to check chemical levels for CIP cleaning and sanitizing compounds. Auditing, documenting with notification of facility sanitation & GMP’s Plant/Process/Equipment monitors all normal Production functions with documentation. Note and notify all deviations to Plant Manager and Quality Management including; Processing Incoming raw materials (including juice concentrates, cleaning chemicals and incoming water, etc.)
- Sampling, Brix, Color, Acidity, Microbiological, flavor, Receipt documentation and data recording, exception notification. WIP
- monitor and document Brix, Color, Flavor, Micro, Processing parameters including CIP, Pasteurization records, cooler temperatures, product temperature, acid (titration), release for packaging. Finished Goods
- Packaging and date codes, sampling, leak detection, product brix, micro, color, and flavor. Processing Equipment, packing lines, coolers, freezers
- Cleanliness, key function parameters, temperatures.
