In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs and preventive maintenance on a variety of food plant equipment, systems, and machinery panels. This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of our operations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment, systems, and machinery panels Perform routine preventive maintenance using hand and power tools Fabricate parts as needed to support equipment functionality Assist with general building maintenance and repair tasks Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards , including GMP, HACCP/FSMA, SQF, and regulatory requirements Maintain and document preventative controls to ensure food safety and quality Report any food safety or quality issues to management immediately Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge Support and promote a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards

Qualifications Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting Strong knowledge of electrical components and wiring, including troubleshooting up to 480

V Skills & Competencies:

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Ability to work at elevated heights and on platforms Effective problem-solving and communication skills Team-oriented with a proactive attitude Additional Information This position does not have supervisory responsibilities In the event of absence, the Department Manager will assign a qualified replacement Why Join Us?
