Minimum Qualification:

High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience in a food service operation in a capacity that involved formal supervision of workers; or one (1) year of experience at the lower-level Food Svc Spec 1 (FFT010) or position equivalent.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience in the supervision of a food service operation, which included responsibility for inventory control, cost control, distribution, and sanitation.

Note:

preference will be given to applicants who have supervisory food service experience in a correctional setting. Preference will also be given to applicants who are computer literate.
