3rd Shift on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday •Days off : Thursday and Friday•

Weekend Coverage Schedule:

6 am – 4 pm (10 – hour shifts) on

$18/hour This is a temp to hire position Sanitation Workers clean all aspects of the bakery in compliance with the Master Sanitation Schedule including equipment, internal and external facilities, and other duties as needed. Sanitation/Machine Sanitizer:

Responsible for cleaning all areas of facility Assemble and disassemble production machinery for the purpose of thorough cleaning. Report signs of wear and tear, erosion, and bad or malfunctioning parts to the maintenance department immediately. Move supplies, products or equipment as directed. Maintain a neat and orderly sanitation supply room. Follow GMP’s & OSHA Standards (Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guard, PPE, GMP’s and other applicable standards) Participate in Safety Meetings. G.E.D. desired, but not required. Prior work in a cleaning environment, especially a bakery is desired. Accountable for following food and personal safety guidelines.
