Full Job Description Position Summary:

Service, maintain and repair all Big Y property within a supermarket or C-store including cooking, preparation and general equipment repairs. This role performs day to day service issues, preventive maintenance programs, and makes recommendations for equipment upgrades.

Essential Functions:

Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring schematics Administrative paperwork Communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and repair gas-fired burner equipment General knowledge of machinery components Work area conditions Work order system utilization Working knowledge of electrical components Safety practices/ use of
