- Job Duties

Perform advanced agricultural duties to support herd health, breeding, nutrition, and operations, including but not limited to:
- Animal Health and Welfare
- : Maintain comprehensive records (breeding, feeding, cost); monitor diagnoses and determine continued treatment needs; administer injections, vaccinations, parasiticides, and growth implants; conduct dry cow infusions; test for antibiotic residues; maintain accurate ear tags and health logs.
- Reproductive Health and Breeding Programs
- : Assist with artificial insemination and calving; manage breeding programs and cow treatment strategies; administer Cystorellin and Estrumate in alignment with weekly protocols.
- Nutritional Management and Infrastructure
- : Develop feeding schedules and nutrition plans; assess and enhance physical infrastructure.
- Operational Excellence
- : Operate and maintain farm machinery; collaborate on breeding, nutrition, and treatment innovation projects.
- Requirements
- :12 months of relevant agricultural experienceBilingual in English and SpanishHigh attention to animal care, health standards, and compliance protocolsBachelors Degree in Agriculture
