Plant Care Specialist – Exterior/Interior Horticulture Tropical Creations Raleigh, NC Tropical Creations is a leading provider of interior/ exterior scape plant design, installation and maintenance services. We create biophilic green environments that transform indoor and outdoor business spaces into thriving, vibrant living areas. We are seeking a qualified candidate for a year-round position. In this role you will visit commercial accounts and care for the living plants. Continuous education and training are employed to give you all the tools you need to succeed. Customer service and problem-solving abilities are paramount in this position to achieve desired results for our clients. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about plants if you demonstrate the desire, drive, and integrity to represent us! Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding plant care and maintenance. Cultivate and maintain a variety of indoor plants, ensuring optimal growth conditions through proper irrigation and care. Qualifications Able to maneuver a ladder Strong gardening skills with a focus on interior environments Have a valid driver’s license Neat and well groomed If you are enthusiastic, have a knack for maintaining plants and outdoor spaces and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply with our award-winning team. 2 weeks
