The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment while providing excellent customer service. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in various types of equipment. Perform repairs and maintenance using power tools, welding, soldering, and hydraulics as necessary. Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to transport materials and equipment. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and safely. Assist in digging or other physical tasks as required during service calls. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use power tools effectively. Familiarity with welding, soldering, hydraulics, and general maintenance practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
