Agricultural Equipment Technician RE & HJ McQueen, Inc. 10200 Ridge Road, Wolcott, NY 14590

Agricultural Equipment Technician Duties:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on agricultural equipment, including tractors, mowers, and other farm machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools and specialized equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills:

• Proficiency in hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for equipment repairs.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools for equipment repair tasks.
• Knowledge of farm machinery operations and maintenance.
• Strong people skills and a commitment to quality service
• Experience with Kubota and/or New Holland brand agricultural equipment or open to training.
