Responsibilities:

• Must be interested in the Food Industry or working in the Food, Dairy, or Beverages industries.
• Perform laboratory tests and experiments to support scientific research and development projects.
• Collect and analyze data, and prepare reports on findings.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Assist in the development and optimization of laboratory protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research objectives.
• Stay updated on relevant scientific literature and advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, such as Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Previous experience working in a clinical, research, or industrial laboratory setting is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Knowledge of scientific research methodologies and techniques.
• Familiarity with animal physiology and handling is a plus.
• Understanding of FDA regulations and compliance is desirable.
• Proficiency in math and statistical analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
