Schedule:
Monday-Friday 3pm-12am or 10am-7pm Job Overview We’re seeking a Lead Food Safety and Quality Technician to ensure adherence to quality standards in Hodges, SC. The role involves leading a quality team, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement—all while earning $28-31/hour in a Monday to Friday shift. What You’ll Do Inform production supervisors of quality deviations and recommend actions Review quality check results and determine necessary actions Drive continuous improvement of quality and food safety systems Develop interdepartmental relations and train teams Assist in investigating customer complaints and feedback What We’re Looking For High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in a related field preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality and Food Safety Strong communication and training skills Technically inclined with proficient computer skills Knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards preferred Perks & Benefits of Working with WorkSmart Health benefits Same Day Pay program 401k plan Referral and longevity bonuses Equal Employment Opportunity WorkSmart is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
