In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to travel to our customers’ residences in a company vehicle for pre-arranged appointments. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting and maintaining existing systems, with the added prospect of recommending and selling supplementary solutions when required.

Service Technician/Sales Benefits :

  Earn between $70,000.00

• $80,000.00 annually, with a base pay starting at $33,280 broken down hourly. 8% commission on additional product and service sales. Plus, extra install incentives and various income streams, including job reviews and referral bonuses.

Service Technician/Sales Requirements:

• Physical Capability:

  Ability to navigate crawlspaces , lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl.

• Sales Acumen:

  Demonstrate strong listening skills, adeptness in closing deals, and a proactive approach to follow-up.

• Flexibility:

  Comfort with daily travel, ensuring you’re home every night, coupled with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Basic computer skills are required, but don’t worry
