N-Hance Over the Mountain is a locally owned and operated business in Birmingham, Alabama. We have an excellent reputation with our clients and in the community as an effective, efficient, and affordable option for our customers. Our locally owned and operated business is growing and looking for an individual to fill a full-time position of floor refinishing technician. This is year-round, consistent work. Our experience has shown that people with previous woodworking experience are a great fit for this type of work! As a Refinishing Technician, you will be responsible for: Interfacing with N-Hance clients in their homes Transporting flooring materials Cleaning and sanding floors Maintaining and cleaning tools Other responsibilities as defined To qualify for this position you must: Previous experience refinishing floors is a plus High attention to detail Have a valid driver’s license, insurance and vehicle Have clean driving record, within the past three years Have a willingness to take something old and make it look brand new again Be available 5 days a week Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-5pm High school or equivalent (preferred) Ability to work multiple locations
