Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Spray Technician to join our team. In this role, you will learn and execute various tasks related to surface preparation and product application across automotive, powersports, and specialized surfaces. Additionally, you may be involved in the installation of aftermarket vehicle accessories, contributing to the overall enhancement and customization of our clients’ vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and adhere to internal processes and procedures for surface preparation and product application. Utilize spray equipment to apply coatings to automotive, powersports, and specialized surfaces with precision and consistency. Assist with the installation of aftermarket vehicle accessories including but not limited to Bed Covers, Grille Guards, Bumper Replacements, Winch & Winch Mounts, Cab Lighting, LED Lighting, various types of Hitches (Goosenecks, Fifth Wheel & Receiver), Step Bars, Toolboxes, Cargo Management Systems, Racking, and Fiberglass Products. Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the preparation, application, and installation processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper care and maintenance of equipment and tools.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive or industrial spray painting is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Ability to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures quickly. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift and move 50 lbs. of equipment and materials as needed. Must have a dependable source of transportation.
