Painting Staff Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and availability to travel to job sites
• Must be punctual, professional, and self-motivated
• Ability to complete jobs solo and on time
• Must be able to start and finish jobs within the agreed timeframe.

Key responsibilities:

• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Prepare and paint walls, ceilings, baseboards, and doors as required
• Fill nail holes, repair minor wall damage, and ensure surfaces are paint-ready
• Protect all surfaces with appropriate coverings before painting
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace during and after each job
• Communicate with our project coordinator for job start/completion updates
• Take care or the tools assigned, brushes, rollers, and basic materials (will be provided) Must have the necessary documentation to work in the country.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8 Hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• No nights
• Weekends as needed The employee can speak only English or only Spanish.
