Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Collision Shop Helper to join our team. This is an ideal position for someone interested in automotive repair and looking to grow within the collision industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist collision and paint technicians with various repair tasks as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Detail customer vehicles for delivery (wash, vacuum, wipe down) once repairs are complete Help remove and install parts during repair process Run errands or pick up parts when necessary Perform other duties as assigned to support shop workflow
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an auto body or mechanical shop is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, finished vehicles Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks throughout the day
