Job Description:

Clean Customs is a high end custom vehicle restyling center, of fully air-conditioned professional work space. We specialize in paint-like vehicle wraps (color change wraps and graphic wraps), PPF, Tint, Ceramic Coatings, Suspension, Wheels, and Tires. We are currently looking for a skilled, energetic, self-starting, experienced professional to join our growing team of amazing and talented individuals who want to be the best at what they love to do. Requirements:

• Applicant must be knowledgeable of all major name brand materials such as 3M, Avery, Oracal, Suntek, Xpel films, and their installation pre and post-application processes.
• Proven experience as a PPF & wrap installer, preferably in a luxury or high-end automotive setting.
• Certification from XPEL, 3M, Avery Dennison, or similar brands is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints without compromising quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and maneuver large film rolls and vehicle parts.
• Authorized to work in the U.

Key Responsibilities:

Install paint protection film (PPF) on luxury vehicles, including full-body wraps and high-impact areas (e.g., hood, mirrors, bumpers). Handle custom designs and complex curves with precision. Disassembly and reassembly of vehicle hardware Thorough cleaning and preparation of surfaces Film installation, including attention to detail for edges and curves Inspecting your work to ensure a flawless finish Ensure a bubble-free, seamless finish that meets the highest quality standards.

Surface Preparation:

Thoroughly clean and prepare vehicle surfaces before PPF application. Perform paint correction and decontamination as needed. Address any imperfections or issues promptly. Maintain and care for PPF installation tools and equipment. Keep the workspace clean and organized.

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Assist with other shop tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with luxury or exotic vehicles (e.g., Tesla, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW). Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools effectively. A proven track record in PPF installation or wrap related work.

Pay:

$25-$35 hour + bonuses & commissions Negotiable pay based on experience and efficiency.
