The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance skills and be able to perform various tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of two restaurants. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Knowledge of HVAC and commercial appliances (ice machines, gas grills & flat tops, refrigeration units) a plus. Utilize an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention. Assemble furniture and equipment as needed. Install fixtures, appliances, and other items according to specifications. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Experience Proven experience in maintenance person services or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with using tools and equipment necessary for repairs and installations. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry techniques. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
