Custom Furniture Builder Fourex Surface Restoration, LLC West Palm Beach, FL 33413 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled furniture builder to join our new, family owned business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, with experience in building custom furniture. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a passion for creating high-quality wood products. As a furniture builder, you will be responsible for various tasks related to woodworking projects. Duties Design, Construct, restore, refinish and repair wood furniture. Utilizing Sketchup to create furniture designs based on customer specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Use a variety of woodworking tools, including table saws, bandsaws, routers, planers and other power tools. Requirements Proven experience as a furniture builder with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in using the tools referenced above. Proficiency in Sketchup is advantageous for this role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with projects, often in unairconditioned spaces.
