The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and/or carpentry, as well as wood finishing techniques. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a passion for creating and restoring high-quality wood products. As a Woodworker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to woodworking projects. Duties Construct, restore, refinish and repair wooden structures and furniture. Moving furniture and other wood products from job locations to workshop. Clean, brighten, sand and apply finish to outdoor wood furniture and other products. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Use a variety of woodworking tools, including table saws, bandsaws, routers, planers and other power tools. Requirements Proven experience as a Woodworker or Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in using the tools referenced above. Familiarity with finishing and painting techniques. Ability to operate CNC machinery is advantageous for this role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with woodworking projects, often outdoors on in unairconditioned spaces.
