It’s a mix of furniture, large plastic storage bins (some pretty heavy but nothing one person can’t carry themselves), and misc. household stuff.
NOTE:
Two of the furniture pieces (a steel TV cabinet and a tall wood dresser) are very heavy
- probably 150-200 lbs each and their drawers, although emptied, cannot be removed to reduce weight
- and I cannot help with those because of my bad back and knee, so I definitely need two people strong enough to bring those up three flights of stairs.
The other furniture pieces (an unassembled day bed frame, a nightstand, a queen slatted bed frame) are much lighter. The box will be placed in the parking lot probably 30 yards max from the entrance to the external stairwell, and my unit is right at the top of third floor landing so it’s not too far to move the items overall. No assembly help needed, and most stuff can just be placed anywhere in the living room with the exception of maybe the bed frame and tall dresser going into specific spots in the bedroom. I don’t have a hand truck or moving straps to offer, sorry.
