What You’ll Do:
As our Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of critical tasks, including:
Precision Cabinet Installation:
Install cabinets meticulously, adhering to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Comprehensive Cabinet Care:
Perform all necessary repairs and refinishing on existing cabinets, including addressing punch list items, fixing scratches and dents, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure optimal function.
Quality Assurance & Logistics:
Ensure job readiness by accurately reading pull sheets and verifying complete project packages. Manage on-site logistics, including delivering products from the warehouse, measuring for installations, and conducting post-completion walk-throughs to document any issues with photos and notes.
Client & Team Collaboration:
Effectively collaborate and communicate with clients and team members to address concerns, manage expectations, and coordinate project timelines efficiently.
Safety & Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
Accurate Record Keeping:
Keep precise records of all work performed and materials used for each project.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency with basic hand tools.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions:
This role operates in job site and warehouse settings. Be prepared for varying temperatures and to meet deadlines. You’ll need the ability to stand for long periods, reach, sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch, and possess good visual acuity to discern quality differences.
