As an Installer, you will collaborate with various departments, including the Installation Team, Warehouse Team, Executive Team, and Designers/ Project Managers, ensuring successful project completion.

Key responsibilities include:

Loading and Unloading:

Safely load and unload furniture, fixtures, and equipment while preserving product condition.
•

Installation:

Learn and execute installations of free-standing furniture, panel systems, modular systems, and casegoods.
•

Blueprints & Instructions:

Accurately read and follow blueprints, layouts, and manufacturer installation instructions.
•

Jobsite Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite, including site cleanup and adherence to site-specific expectations.
•

Project Execution:

Follow directions to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective job completion.
•

Documentation:

Complete and submit all necessary paperwork, including signed completion forms, punch lists, and time/loss reports.

Client Interaction:

Maintain a professional, service-minded demeanor when interacting with clients, project managers, and team members.
•

Travel:

Be prepared for overnight travel for installations when required.

Ability to interpret and execute blueprints and layout designs accurately. Skilled in assessing jobsite conditions to ensure proper task execution. Proficiency in the use of hand tools commonly associated with entry-level construction work, such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, and levels. Proven ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Maintain a clean driving record and comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations. Earn and maintain trust and respect among clients and team members. Ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 100 lbs. and occasionally handle objects exceeding this weight.

Possess the following vision abilities:

close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Hold a valid driver’s license (Class D) with vehicle insurance. Comfortably and safely drive a 24-foot (or larger) truck. Possession of TWIC, OSHA, Forklift, and/or Chauffeur’s Licenses is a plus. All candidates must successfully pass a drug screening as part of the hiring process. COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

o Competitive hourly range of $17 – $20, based on level of experience and proficiency. o Benefits include medical, dental, vision, ancillary insurance, and 401(k) match options. o Up to four weeks paid time off in your first year depending on your hire date (accrued vacation + sick + holidays).
