Whether you’re an experienced finish carpenter, cabinetmaker, or a skilled hobbyist with a love for fine woodworking, this is a unique opportunity to build handcrafted furniture in a collaborative and creative environment. Key Responsibilities Build furniture from start to finish using traditional woodworking methods and detailed plans
Operate hand tools and shop machinery safely and effectively
Sand, finish, and inspect pieces to meet high-quality standards
Collaborate with team members in a precision-driven workshop
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced furniture makers What We’re Looking For Experience in woodworking, finish carpentry, cabinetmaking, or a strong hobbyist background
Strong attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship
Ability to read plans, take measurements, and follow detailed specifications
Comfortable using hand tools and woodworking machinery
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
Cabinetmaking experience preferred, but not required Requirements High School Diploma or GED
Quality-conscious and detail-driven
Capable of problem-solving and evaluating results
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
