Position Summary:
Installs shocks on Fox products. May also repair shocks. Maintains all equipment related to installation.
Position Responsibilities:
Assesses installation orders and gathers needed equipment, tools, and supplies. Plans seal installation by evaluating locations, access, and equipment layout. Adheres to codes, regulations, and standards. Tests and calibrates equipment before use. Resolves customer concerns and questions. Maintains all work records and parts used at each job in accordance with established procedures. Monitors parts inventory for service vehicle. Keeps inventory log, places inventory orders, and confirms receipt.

HS diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
