Job Description
Cabinetry/Furniture Finisher E&G Woodworks Wendell, NC 27591 Overview Custom Woodworking shop seeking a talented finisher to handle the finishing of all projects manufactured in the shop. Projects include both stain and paint grade work. Job requires both finishing the projects as well as coordinating with local paint and stain suppliers to acquire finishes as necessary. Skill in stain matching is a bonus but not required. Basic carpentry skills are also a bonus but not required Requirements
- Highly skilled in cabinetry/furniture finishing
- Experience with a wide range of industrial wood coatings including precat lacquer, conversion varnish, 2k polyurethane and both solvent and waterbourne stain systems
- Experience with different finish application methods, HVLP, Air-assisted airless and airless spray pumps
- Experience with all aspects of prep work related to wood finishing
- High attention to detail
- Organized and motivated
