EQUIPMENT INSTALLER

Scope Equipment Installers and Drivers needed to assemble, disassemble, reassemble, deliver, and install high-quality retail store equipment and case components. Installers work as part of a team assigned to provide logistic, installation, and refurbishment services to retail business customers. Training of equipment handling and component assembly and installation is provided. Basic Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with good driving record Minimum of 21 years of age Pass pre-employment background and drug testing Must have an active cell phone with voice and e-mail Bank account for direct deposit Reliable transportation to/from work Flexible to travel and work nights with frequently changing priorities and deadlines Mechanical aptitude for carpentry, sheet metal work, electrical or similar discipline Preferred (Not Required) Abilities Able to read and understand floor plans Ability to use an iPad for reporting (provided) Installation and delivery experience Forklift Certification Job Requirements Responsibilities Accountable for assembly, disassembly, reassembly, and delivery/installation of retail fixture components, modular cabinets, and equipment in retail locations Maintain professional personal appearance and cleanliness of delivery vehicles Ability to see jobs through to completion in a professional and time efficient manner without supervision Provide a high level of customer service to ensure satisfactory customer experience Complete installation as per installation specifications to meet customer fulfillment Inspect project for proper specification according to customer scope-of-work and manufacturer’s specifications Ability to speak effectively to clients, crews, and employees of organizations we support May load and unload parts, components, cabinets, and equipment onto trucks Follows all safety procedures while performing job duties About the Company Equipment Resources & Solutions, Inc isn’t just an installation company, it’s a team of trained professionals providing worry-free, full-service retail installations, and equipment sales from our clients to a variety of high profile commercial customers.
