What You’ll Do:

As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of our store.

Your responsibilities include:

Driving Sales:

Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and achieving sales goals.

Customer Experience:

Creating a welcoming, fun, and professional environment where customers feel inspired.

Visual Merchandising:

Enhancing the store’s appearance by rearranging furniture and adhering to company visual standards to create an inviting atmosphere.

Warehouse Support:

Assisting in the warehouse with inventory management and organization to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Tasks:

Assisting with moving and lifting furniture (50+ lbs daily) to optimize the store layout and maintain a functional workspace.

Multitasking:

Managing priorities effectively to keep the store running smoothly.

Comfortable lifting furniture (50+ lbs daily) and enjoys staying active on the job, including warehouse duties.

Experience:

1-2 years of retail or sales experience with basic math skills.

Flexibility:

Available to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using computers and social media platforms. Bonus points for experience in photographing and styling merchandise for online promotions.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation to and from the store.

Requirements:

Requirements Experience & Qualifications:

Must be able to follow directions and present yourself in a professional manner Must have own transportation. Must be willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50+ lbs on average daily. Must love to lift and assist in warehouse operations. 1-2 years of retail and sales experience and basic math skills are required Weekend availability is a must. A flexible schedule is a must.
