Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Bulldozer Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate bulldozers to move materials, clear land, and assist in construction projects. The operator will ensure that all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate bulldozers to perform tasks such as grading, working slopes, and land clearing. Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to management. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate job tasks. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Assist with other construction duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bulldozer Operator or similar role. Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in heavy machinery operation. Ability to read blueprints and project plans. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina and strength to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. GPS experience. Experience with other heavy machinery is a plus.
