This entry-level position involves inspecting parts with magnifiers or microscopes, removing burrs and imperfections using hand tools, and ensuring parts meet high-quality standards. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with small tools. Duties also include minor assembly, part-marking prior to shipment, all while ensuring specifications are met before parts move to the next production or assembly stage.

Required Skills:

• Ability to safely use small power and hand tools (belt sanders, roto-zips, routers, metal files, sandpaper, Knives, hand sanders, deburring tools)
• Ability to be on your feet or sitting for extended periods of time (you may alternate between sitting and standing as needed) . Ability to pay close attention to details
• Ability to follow instructions ∙ Ability to see clearly with or without corrective lenses (glasses or contact lenses).

Desired Traits:

• Ability to use time wisely and to operate well without supervision .

Ability to read & comprehend Blueprints (WILL TRAIN) ∙ Experience in manufacturing facility desired, but not required.
