What You’ll Do:

Engage in operations utilizing Bead Blast and centrifugal finishing equipment. Expertly handle vibratory finishing and buffing apparatus to achieve desired outcomes. Skillfully plug and mask parts for comprehensive mechanical and chemical finishing endeavors. Master chemical finishing processes like Type II passivation and various anodizing techniques. Conduct precise weighing and measurements for maintaining chemical bath accuracy, and oversee routine equipment upkeep. Manage waste water equipment adhering to strict operational guidelines. Commit to sustaining a 5S workspace while driving continuous enhancement initiatives. Perform proactive equipment Preventive Maintenance tasks. Achieve zero defect in part production. Interpret technical drawings and adhere to procedural instructions.

Your Profile:

1-3 years’ experience, ideally in environments focusing on finishing and coating techniques. Proficiency in following detailed instructions both in written and spoken form. Keen to master metals finishing and plating, comprehensive understanding of blueprints, and operation of diverse production machinery with measurement tools. Ability to maintain production rhythms and demonstrate exceptional manual dexterity and coordination. Basic computer literacy with a readiness to work with varied manufacturing materials and chemicals. Operate complex equipment reliably and safely, avoiding injury or damage. Ready for scheduled overtime and rotational duties within a collaborative cell/team structure. Dependable attendance and punctuality to manage essential job functions at designated times and locations. Execute tasks effectively, working from benches at standardized heights and capacities. Visual acuity must be at least 20/40, with proficient color differentiation. This is a non-visa sponsorship eligible role.
