Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect & identify burrs, sharp edges, & surface imperfections on machined parts. Perform manual deburring using files, rotary tools, grinders, & sanders. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, & technical instructions to determine proper finishing requirements. Use measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part dimensions & tolerances. Appy technical knowledge to select appropriate tools, abrasives, & methods for different materials & finishes. Maintain cleanliness & organization of the work area in compliance with safety & lean manufacturing standards. Log completed work & inspection results accurately per company documentation requirements.
