Job Description
Metal Mold/Die Polisher 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars Sanford, FL 32773 The pay rate will be determined by aptitude and experience. If you can follow instructions and work at a fast pace we can train you. We have an immediate need for people to join our team.
Summary:
Perform routine duties including but not limited to operating light machinery, sanding, grinding, blasting, and polishing. Evaluating quality and documenting/logging. This may include assisting in other areas. Stoning. All work is on Hardened tool steel.
Experience:
Experience with polishing, sanding, grits, and blasting is required. Experience polishing metals preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Polishing new dies, and touching up existing dies, assist in evaluating die quality and performance. Reporting cracked or worn-out parts. Stoning steel. Maintaining tools and supplies. Keep the work area clean and organized. This work may be completed while working alone or while working with others. Key requirements for the position include: Must be dependable and have good team skills Background check required (must have a clean background) Drug-free workplace Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day. Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours a day. Ability to sit all day and remain fast-paced & Productive Reliable transportation is a must Fast-paced individual
Work Schedule:
