The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operations, quality control measures, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Duties Operate machinery including CNC machines and logic controllers to produce high-quality components. Assemble parts and products according to specifications and blueprints. Conduct quality control checks using tools such as micrometers to ensure precision in production. Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and conducting necessary repairs. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Document production data accurately for reporting purposes. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and maintenance tasks. Experience with Bobst machinery is highly desirable. Strong understanding of quality control processes to ensure product standards are met. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints effectively. Knowledge of materials handling practices within a warehouse setting. Familiarity with measuring instruments such as micrometers for precise measurements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
