The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards. Assemble and package products according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and machining equipment for production tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide assembly processes. Perform materials handling tasks, including the movement of raw materials and finished products. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Use measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure precision in production. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity. Qualifications Proficiency in programming machinery is preferred. Experience with CAD software is a plus. Strong skills in materials handling and assembly processes.
