Grinder/Machine Operator (Rubber Roller Industry) Bottcher America 150 Marr Avenue NW, Marietta, GA 30060 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. A Grinder Machine Operator is responsible for operating grinding machines to smooth, shape, and finish rubber rollers.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate grinding machines to process rubber rollers according to specifications. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and quality. Inspect finished rubber rollers to ensure they meet required dimensions and surface smoothness. Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in operating grinding machines, preferably in the rubber roller industry. Experience operating lathe machines Knowledge of grinding techniques and machine adjustments. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to lift and handle heavy materials safely.

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
