Debur Technician Position Available In Hampden, Massachusetts

Debur Technician Job description Deburrer Technician needed for Agawamprecision tooling company. Looking for a long term temporary candidate.

Must have with experience with inspection, deburring small parts andmicroscope experience. Previous knowledge of finishing and inspectingcomponents to meet tight aerospace and medical standards.

KeyResponsibilities:

Perform detailed deburring of small metal parts usinghand tools, rotary tools, and other precision equipment Use microscopesto inspect and ensure quality finishes meet strict standards Followstandard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and travelersDetect and correct finish defects; communicate quality concerns toleadership Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment Partnerwith team members to improve deburring processes and tooling Track workperformed and manage tool/supply inventory as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Deburr Technician, especially working with small,high-precision parts Skilled in using deburring tools, magnificationequipment, and microscopes Strong attention to detail with a consistentfocus on quality Ability to read and interpret technical drawings andpart specifications Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetfor continuous improvement Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

1st shift 7am-3:30pm. Full time, Long term until end of

September Pay:
