As a Die Cast Machine Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the die casting process, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement die casting processes
• Design and fabricate die cast molds and tooling
• Set up and operate die casting machines
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct regular inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the die casting process
• Program and operate CNC machines for mold modifications
• Perform maintenance tasks on equipment as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Production experience preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of die casting processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
