We’re looking for a Precision Grinder to join a team that machines top-quality ceramic parts for critical industries.

Flat Rock, NC 28731

Pay:

$20.00/hr (based on experience)

Hours:

1st Shift | 7:00am

• 3:00pm |

Monday-Friday What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll set up and operate surface grinders, work with precision tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators), read blueprints, and help keep machines running like a dream with daily maintenance. Expect to lift 30-50 lbs and get a little gritty—coolant mist, moving parts, and occasional dust included.

What We Need From You:

✔ High school diploma or GED ✔ Ability to read blueprints and follow directions in English ✔ Must pass drug screen and background check ✔ Eligible to work in an ITAR environment ✔ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a machine shop environment Bonus if you’ve got: Experience running multiple machines, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
