YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

Schedule attainment based on production needs Produce quality parts as required by product specifications Use a grinder and other tools to process various cast-aluminum parts Find defects in parts processed Maintain equipment Follow established safety rules Identify and follow process sheets Train new operators Promote and model BRP values

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with basic operation of hand tools Basic computer knowledge Visual acuity to identify part incongruities Self-motivated Works well with others Good communication skills Able to effectively follow written and verbal processes
