We’re hiring a Wire EDM Setup / Operator who is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about high-quality machining.
What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate Wire and Sinker EDM machines accurately and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T Perform preventive maintenance on EDM machines Inspect parts using precision metrology tools Document and communicate inspection results Work with solid models to ensure parts meet specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and improve processes
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED (required) 1-3 years of experience operating Wire and/or Sinker EDM machines (preferred) Knowledge of shop math (geometry, trigonometry, conversions) Experience with measuring tools and inspection techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Positive, team-focused attitude Experience with Esprit CAM software is a plus
