Adheres to safety protocols and maintains a clean work area. Reads and interprets work orders and finishing specifications. Troubleshoots and resolves finishing issues. Demonstrates attention to detail and color matching skills. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Possesses the physical stamina required for the role.
